Top Travel and Local Apps in Turkey on Android: Q4 2024

In the fourth quarter of 2024, the travel and local app market on the Android platform in Turkey showcased interesting trends, as revealed by Sensor Tower's data.

Flightradar24 Flight Tracker saw a fluctuation in weekly revenue, peaking at $677 in early November, while downloads initially decreased but rebounded strongly at the end of December, reaching 5.1K. Active users remained robust, closing the quarter with approximately 156K.

Couchsurfing Travel App experienced a steady decline in revenue, dropping to around $202 in early December before a slight recovery. Downloads remained relatively stable, hovering around 300 per week, while active users showed a slight increase towards the end of the quarter, reaching nearly 7K.

The Find my Phone - Family Locator app faced a downward trend in both revenue and downloads throughout the quarter. Revenue fell to $90 by late December, with downloads reaching a low of 340 in early December. Active users also saw a decline, ending the quarter with approximately 1.4K.

Bella Pro exhibited a significant surge in downloads in early December, peaking at 3.8K. Revenue mirrored this trend, reaching $517 in mid-December before dropping sharply. Active users increased to over 12K during the peak download period.

Finally, Travel Guide & Planner • Piri showed a steady increase in active users, peaking at 4K at the end of December. While revenue remained relatively constant, downloads varied, with a notable increase to 309 in late December.
